They talked us out of an October tear-off and put the April date in the contract. Did our attic ventilation in January instead, which cost a quarter of what we expected. Roof went on in spring and sealed inside a week.

Storm took half the north slope in November so waiting was not an option. They conditioned the shingles indoors, hand sealed the whole perimeter, and came back in April to check every slope. Two courses needed sealing and they did it without an invoice.

Our roof was four years old and losing shingles every windy day. They asked what month it was installed before they asked anything else, then showed us the untouched adhesive line under a lifted tab. Fixed it properly and wrote up what they found.

Asked about tile and they explained why the framing would not carry it and what it would cost to make it. Ended up with a heavy laminate for far less. Honest people, and the crew cleaned up better than the last three trades we had.
